You have to learn to be more succinct. H&N does it best.
“ yada yada yada...same old, same old”
I suspect Tema will, in the absence of any other tangible news, be being saved as a pre AGM sweetener. If it still isn’t signed by then - then I assume he’s taking advice.
“The Technical Partnership Agreement will be updated or replaced in due course to reflect our operational requirements but given the Coronavirus situation, this is not considered important and does not alter the contractual or financial arrangements in place.”
Hmmm. You might think that as our role has evolved over the last 9 months - that our operational responsibilities would already be well defined - and if alterations to the original “Technical Partnership Agreement/Contract” were necessary they’d have been agreed on an ongoing basis with our Ghanaian partners.
I think it’s fair to assume that PF believed he had such a document, or at least an understanding, when he suggested February. His fifth guess.
Two months later and the “Technical partnership Agreement” might need to be replaced - despite no alterations to previous financial or contractual arrangements. Eh? Over to Jimzi on contract law. To the layman, that smells.
