If so, I don’t understand the eagerness to endlessly quarrel over Tema fluctuations (in the absence of OUR contract being signed), speculation over Covid sales and flights that might or might not be generating rev’s at Lungi - which all become insignificant in the event that our illustrious BoD deliver something new as per the PeteCast, which bulls don’t seem too keen to reflect upon. How long has it been their “particular focus”?

Hmmm. You might think that as our role has evolved over the last 9 months - that our operational responsibilities would already be well defined - and if alterations to the original “Technical Partnership Agreement/Contract” were necessary they’d have been agreed on an ongoing basis with our Ghanaian partners.

I think it’s fair to assume that PF believed he had such a document, or at least an understanding, when he suggested February. His fifth guess.

Two months later and the “Technical partnership Agreement” might need to be replaced - despite no alterations to previous financial or contractual arrangements. Eh? Over to Jimzi on contract law. To the layman, that smells.
