The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Hi guys. Not posted for a bit
BPC and Cerp merger.
I think this can only benefit PRD.
Despite BHP and Cerp dropping in share price. They will are beyond the point of no return with trinity. This means trinity is happening regardless.
I think this is a win win for PRD. The 'well' will advance regardless. We control the 50/50 plus if they are in structural/ company troubles we can control more of the well.
They have some infrasture but we control the Co2.
We need a RNS but I reakon on this alone or SP should be about 35% more. BPC and Cerp are committed to get this done. PRD still in a great position. No debts - money kicking around - management great. I am pretty sure they have foreseen this and had a action inplay.

Just in case no one had seen Malcys Blog.
Still so much. Seen the de-rampers efforts earlier. Only a few posts by them (ever, 27 I think). Seems like new accounts and are linked. I say this by them only just joining this chat page and within 5 minutes of each other, making comments about MEM and GRH.
Guys keep up the positive info.

So I've been more chatting on the twitter page with the other LTH. I am not going to disclose about others.
Today is the last day before the increase of 24 mil shares. 217 up to 241 mil. A increase of 11/12%. However the increase should show a deficate of 10% on the normal SP. Today I'd have expected a much bigger drop. But seems very steady.
However as discussed 'elsewhere' the 2p placing was offered to those with the 4p placing and the BOD will have had first shout. With little thought the BOD, which is a group of mates will have best chance to purchase.
Paul has shown he doesn't want anyone else to control or have a lack of control on the SP. Getting rid of the CLN with the last 'Hooray' of funding shows PRD can progress.
In the last few days other investors have found difficulty in buys and trying a large sell. It all points to not many shares about. The SP has risen in the last couple weeks as the only hurdle has been travel restrictions.
The timing for the SP and new shares is strangely a great time. Great opportunity.
No way will this reduce 10% on Friday (might get stoned for saying this). If it is settled we will see rises over the bext 2 weeks. I pity this who are selling short. This has alot of potential that those who are making a cheeky 5 to 15% loss or profit do not see the bagger of how many times!
This is my opinion. I know many who are not wanting to sell until 10 to 12p. This has much more to give.
3p to 4p = 33%
3p to 5p = 66%
3p to 12p = 300%
Do your own math but all about huw comfy you are to where you want to be.

Having been working at Edinburgh Airport last week a plane arrived from Poland 250 persons, all off the plane and into 5 coaches and taken straight up north to do fruit picking (being isolated on a farm/ camping site for 2 weeks).
Essential workers brought in. Think if this can be done for a type of trade this might be one of the lockdowns that is eased by Morocco. Just a suggestion!
I am sure all governments want their economys up and running asap so there might be some leverage made to speed things up in other sectors.
Food for thought.
Listened to the Vox market interview. Wow x 50! Excited I am. Confident about direction and Paul leading things.
2nd well with a JV!!! Interesting. Paul has a long term plan already etched out. Confident with a clear direction.
I've more confidence know listened to this. I like his last words to the interviewer 'I will definitely be speaking to you later on!'
My comments before were without having heard this. Now I need to get more shares. This will hit 5 to 6p in the next few weeks (I reckon).

Multiple options but keeping a stable income until Ireland is key.
Paul and the board have skin in this and dilution means a loss for them and a loss for us.
Keep Trinidad on the back burner. Trickle in some funding gets Morocco funded and secure. Once more data on Ireland ontained, see if funds need to get released and if so farm out a portion.
I agree dilution and loans are bad news. Never borrow again and be indebted to another where it allows them control of any aspect of the company. The experiance of the art to has shown this.
Dilution will just water down what we have and place uncertainty.
At current I think there is about 6 members on this forum and I rrakon we have 10 to 15mil if not more of the Mcap shares. I say this as it maybe 5 to 10%. I want more shares. I do not plan on selling. I get the impression to think you guys do not plan to sell any time soon.
Thus as we are PI's with a portion of holding and not selling = stability.
I think that is what Paul is looking for. No dilution, no loans, plan in action, stability.
It will be interesting how many shares are traded over the coming weeks as suspect it will be buys and buys with a few sells. I was thinking of top slicing but it seems hard to let these go.
Again I am the investor who got lucky and bought at 1.45 then more at 1.9 and more at 2.3 - averaging at 2p. I will not ramp or deramp this. Just enjoying the ride - apart from when the phrase 'death spiral' gets used (bad man - true needed said but harsh).

Keep everything - Ireland is the goal.

Yeah HL says can sell 20k but cannot buy 20k. Go figure. Unless there is a trade looming in the background where all the shares are bought (I do not think so) but maybe just maybe :-) ;-/ ....
I cannot do emoji faces. Just wanted to do a laughing face.
Agreed. If this does drop near 2p again I will rebuy. I think best drop will be 2.3/2.2 and if any lower a big bonus for me.
Great RNS to hit today. All my other stocks were in freefall. This boosted it back.
We do need to get the predator Twitter page up and running or get a new page. Thd unoffixsl predator page appears dead.

Zebra. In my previous work boots on the ground give you so much info (intelligence).
Your like a well worn pair with new soles. Good experiance and thousand of miles to go and go.
I totally agree. This has many turns to make but the SP is at the bottom. T+T waiting to hear about lifting CV19 restrictions - likewise Morocco then Cerp going ahead with us invested (50% I think on their RNS).
Things might get moving quickly and with POO going up on our target dates (knowing gas for us).
Anyway it is 7.20am, just finished my shift. When I wake up make sure we are up (at least 20% plz).
Cheers

Hi Guys
Hoping for some help. Not that 'Hope'!
Not logged on to this for a while.
In short is anything happening. Any links I should be looking at?
Not a moan but when I last looked it was all about soccer / football and as I am a rugby lad I stopped reading. Typical rugby boy - only a face a mother can love.
Anyway looks like this board is alive. What's the news.
Your time and effort is much appreciated

Apologise if this has already been covered.
Moroccan goverment to release exit strategy on May 18th as lockdown restrictions in place until the 20th.(source: The North Afrocan Post). Written on 7th May.
Trinidad & Tobago ranks second on a COVID-19 ‘lockdown rollback checklist,’ but caution remains. Written on May the 1st. Current restriction in place until 10th May.
Next couple weeks are interesting. In fact, as of this Monday. A few moving parts in motion but all pointing in the right direction.
Enjoy the weekend.
