Hi Freddie, certainly not, my 'calculations' take it significantly higher than that I just have my portfolio set by risk/reward ratings. With GGP in it's current one is clearly wrong so I'm moving to well overweight.

People mention the likes of WSBN and UFO all the time. While it's well and good having the asset, getting shareholder return on that is a different story. The top guys in those companies leave a lot to be desired so even if it was a safe 30% here, I'll stick with it thanks.

Thanks for the feedback Toby/Bamps. I'm trying to build a very conservative picture so I can determine portfolio weighting up until the end of 25. I appreciate the 'facts' will come from the DFS but they will be then built into the share price. Your input is certainly appreciated.

My current weighting gives a price target of £4.05 by the end of 2027 which judging by the current mcap may need further investment.

Even using the mid-range guidance for Telfer for FY26 running until FY30 alongside Haverion puts my 'cigarette packet' math to a P/E of 1.5. That's prior to the dual train processing and without any Telfer increases on annual volume from the additional digging (obviously I've assumed an extension on the Telfer mine life inferred from the addtional capex spending). It presents itself to one of the best 3-5 year investments out there as far as risk to reward is concerned. I'll continue to average up until the Annual Report & Hav FS is published as they will be the catalyst.

Zoros, firstly great post. To your point on the comment on SD, I don't believe on the whole Shaun is wrong for being risk averse, in fact integrity is the number one thing on my checklist prior to investment. Don't invest in a CEO, you wouldn't want to work for.

For me, the narrative of the RNS/presentation tells the story which the investors have latched on to. If the presentation followed the points as you mentioned, the outlook for me, looks different. It's almost like it's tried to come across as "'you can trust us, we've freely given this information" which has come across as a company labouring on the point of the financial outcome reducing.

Well it appears from my £30k request through AJBell, I was allocated £740.....

My understanding is they're only doing this as its a requirement of the ASX to prove demand or words to that effect from the interviews with SD. Therefore, is there not an expectation from the ASX that the subscription should be highly engaged with? If so, surely it's not worth messing around with and they'll be offered at a discount. Can anyone clarify the expectation from the ASX of the placing?

- It states UK offer opens on 2nd - 17th June - but if the price isn't set until the 17th, is this just to register interest against the illustrative price?

Apologies if this has been answered previously but I cannot see it in any thread.

The retail offer for the UK will be announced Monday for a relatively low volume at the same price as the ASX guys will get a few weeks later. It's also open in the UK for two weeks which is a rather long time. That led me to think it would be a 5 day average from the last week or similar which is not so attractive but meet the requirements of the ASX.

However, they have to keep an attractive price as if it drops over the next two weeks, they have to keep with that price on the ASX offer and subscription rate matters somewhat. Therefore instead of a monthly top up today, it would make more sense to see what happens on Monday as it could be a good (for a buyer) placing price and a scramble to get as much as possible? I'm conscious not to get spiked for no reason with a double RNS on Monday.

I don't believe these posts are helping anyone by posing one person off against the other which happens a lot on this board. Both of these investors have significantly more knowledge than most of us and no matter how many times I go through the AIM document, I'm not picking up the same sort of stuff.

Both adding their side is great as it brings value to the board. Just because one gets reads into something slightly wrong which 99% of us wouldn't pick up on shouldn't be a point of slander surely?

@Unimaginative To my knowledge whatever funds weren't used as part of the placing will be released in the coming days.

I've read both RNS's a good few times now and although I completely understand the general consensus, I can't help but think the focus is in the wrong place.

If you take the placing out of it for a second (particularly new investors being able to buy in), the RNS is my eyes presents a very good roadmap and confirms a lot of the "ideal" situations as a business strategy. For example, being able to utilise Telfer to it's max capacity by processing not just Haverion ore, in order to further enhance medium term profitability.

As a close follower but absolute novice in this field, this RNS reads excellently for the medium/long term and brings forward profitability (and most importantly dividend payments) and transforms the our status within the market. In comparison to sitting now at 10p owning 30%, I'd take this any day.

Very interesting that there is so much talk around a takeover/sale of hav given the little evidence or business logic to do so. The financials speak for themselves along with the longevity of the project provide strong company foundations with little risk. However, when you add in ESG, particularly supply chain efficiency, sustainability and safety to my knowledge, is no better mine on their books.

Understandably, this will take time to pan out and there is no harm pondering a super lucrative buy out when there is nothing else to talk about but this shouldn't be confused with reality.
