Given the time it has been at the port charges will be racking up.. fall back to .8 soon

Transportation would not be an issue stacks of it returning from there to China return cargo is cheap as the vessels are empty as exports from Mali would be minimal. Overall I cannot see why this hasn't taken place unless the quality is pants

One thing is certain if there's no news the so will fall back to bottom feeder status
