Chris2. The elephant in the room is India. Currently it imports little in the way of iron/steel. But is on the way up as China stutters and stalls.

True, the BoD need to persuade a JV partner over the coming months, but the future of DSO prices might not be as bleak as you like to paint it. Especially since the good old US of A is likely to be taking a very detailed look at its bridges, and other steel intensive, fast aging, critical infrastructure!
