Generally before selling you would tart up the place, bring forward as much revenue, talk to folks you know are interested and express sadness at having to pass on such a marvellous opportunity due to personal circumstances !!. A restful weekend , lonny back in his box and PG will be fully restored imo. If we are for sale then MOU 5 info must at some level, very encouraging. In his own way he’s described the way forward. Any party wishing to truncate this will need to stump up. I don’t see him being interested at the sums quoted unless there’s a very large retainer which I think they would be unwise to offer. Better a few hundred million at this stage than every year going forward .

As far as any sales negotiations go there’s been plenty of decent deals done in much more difficult jurisdictions. Morocco is opening up to the world and wishing to encourage investment. That’s only possible with commercial trust. If all else fails there are legal options with real teeth. I think they are far more likely to be fare if not even generous.
