Good luck matt. You have more courage than me. Even without trump and tariffs we are long overdue a reprice. A decent dividend in a company doing basic necessary things with rock solid financials allows a shelter . With bigger falls many of the stated dividends will no doubt be adjusted. I think there’s a whole lot more to come and I’ll be looking for capitulation both from retail and institutional. Don’t feel that yet. I certainly don’t think tariffs are a flash in the pan. GL 👍

First fed rate cut September 24 ?. Normally market bottoms 18 months later ? . Every market repricing looks like end times but it does have to be said that there are some unique aspects to this one 😅. On a very positive note PRED does something real and requires no funding for current works and general running. As another poster noted - previous raise to provide cash cushion and rising income from TT seem quite prescient now. Thank you PG 👍

Any agreement for wider Exploration will take time. Hopefully not much. Is it PG’s way of saying relax we have commercial HELIUM and with a different approach rather a large amount of HYDROCARBONS along with the HELIUM. He’s fully aware how frustrated we all are. Morocco is being expanded via commercial deals hopefully as we wait. All that and the share price is a third of when I joined.

I’m hoarding cash in anticipation of better value but PRED offers ( with additional insurance) a very cheap leveraged play on GAS. Short term value creation with longer term returns also on offer. Expecting excellent return on invested capital.

Fair enough LL. I do think when you deliberately libel know folks and threaten violence against me you have crossed a line but fully understand your frustration. I’m not so sure they haven’t done damage to the company but I’m sure we will still win through. I don’t agree that a complete sale needs a defined asset. It’s about probabilities. If any purchaser feels that there’s a whole lot more to come they might be rather keen on less defining 😄. It’s all about scale. A tiny PRED with an enormous license and with hopefully great indicators of resource. £1 billion plus is extraordinary to us but it’s commonplace in this industry. Greater amounts are written off from time to time. AG is a vehicle with other individuals and actors behind it. With convincing evidence the money will be no issue imo.

Oldapo007 do you not think it more likely that they would want the whole license. If let’s say you were thinking of 100 - 150 p for what we have at present would you really not try for the whole lot for 200 p/share. The bigger the initial offer the lower the retained interest. I’d prefer the opposite but PG and many older shareholders might not.
