The consequential damages could be very significant given the frustration of the development of the other PRED businesses. Yes lawyers do well if successful but so would we.

I don’t think the transformation of ONHYM is unrelated to PRED’s progress. A proximate announcement of a major ,buying out/in with rapid large scale development and all early investors cheering the whole thing on is the only scenario that makes sense. Don’t let the mob distract. If they’ve spaffed their capital in CHAR then they are not worth listening to. A cautionary tale at best. If they’re trying to earn here then it’s by false narrative. Desperate transparent stuff. The Moroccans are looking ahead to a society and economy completely transformed. It’s a good thing for us and more importantly them.

A few years of waiting on a substantial payout whilst supported by a growing significant TT income, a retained interest and income from a rapidly expanding Morocco oil and gas industry all whilst enjoying the fruits of a Morocco special dividend which provides a fantastic return and negates the need for any personal divestment. What’s not to like 😎

Thank you Keith. Those chaps are well worth following. I suspect many on here are instinctive contrarians. The path to investing glory and the timescale are even ,for the patient I think ,the biggest challenge. With PRED we have a decent definition of both and tho it’s been too long for some sadly, it doesn’t seem an unreasonable journey imo. Commodities of all descriptions are my best guess over the next decade or two but how much better value will be available with an equity repricing/recession and what will my pound buy at that point. Throw in at least a regional war in the ME and a fractured world where the local price of commodities varies greatly. A bit grim but from a selfish perspective it’s all very encouraging for North African gas and oil.
