From CHARs RNS today. “ Excellent quality dry gas confirmed, with greater than 96% methane, in all seven discovered gas reservoirs, without detrimental impurities such as H2S or CO2, supporting minimal gas processing required in the development.



· Highly consistent gas composition potentially allows all gas produced from the different reservoirs to be processed through a single gas processing facility, enabling a simple development.” No guarantees but more positives for PRD. Similar resource size and geology. Drilling and Development costs were CHAR $374m vs PRD $15.5m. Inflation costs since for CHAR will add more than our entire costs to this. We have a shortcut to a highly profitable simple development. That’s money in every investors pocket .

Worth bearing in mind that some or all of these fellows are likely to be middle aged or elderly gentlemen. Quite extraordinary behaviour:)). On the subject of Flow test results- I would imagine still some time till they are known. Given their commercial sensitivity in any JV / funding scenario will the company be obliged to publicly disclose the results soon as ,or will they slow walk matters to allow agreement terms to be signed off ??

Wacky doesn’t post terribly often but well worth the reading. His Sunday evening post I found compelling and I’m surprised it didn’t attract much more discussion. Very very positive !!

Transformative value MEM. Could it be the first shoe to drop ? Once interest is declared assuming it hasn’t already happened then it would be fairly fast given the scramble for both supply and security.

If countries such as Germany change their energy supply sources is it a given that the existing infrastructure can handle this ? If more importation options are required by a number of nations at much the same time can the industry build out quickly ? Could Ireland be left at the end of the queue for expertise and material if it doesn’t react sharpish ?

Keith that webinar should be required viewing for all members of Parliament. A lot of decent hardworking folks are about to get significantly poorer. Too much working in theory but ignoring the praxis. Hopefully PRD can help a little !

Interesting post from M regarding SDX. Is it a fear of insufficient volume leading to the triggering of penalties or difficulty in pricing given the extraordinary market events. ??
