For the technically challenged (me) I would recommend Helen Thompson’s article in today’s ST ( p27). The world has changed. For PI’s the market is a forbidding place and I’ve no doubt we have been at the wrong end of that to the obvious discomfort of many ! Looking back at the’ famous’ RNS it’s obvious that PG’s sole focus is building an unarguable case for large scale incoming investment from parties who are unconcerned with the short term share price and who cannot buy us out at a discount. There’s great value here and hopefully in a relatively short period. It’s been a wonderful weekend for the whole country and hopefully a great few months ahead. GLA.

Zak Mir’s charts have been consistently showing a very positive picture for PRD recently . I think a few days ago he was pointing to 16p plus before the end of next month. Absent any widely disseminated news you can see the challenge MMS face in pricing. Throw in transformational events and perhaps another listed entity with decisions to be made by shareholders, then a time out would surely be inevitable ? Rather a nice position to be in - If you hold shares :)).

Simon Thompson IC. “ CHAR has announced a £23.6mn fundraising to advance its low-cost Anchois Gas development. Hopefully PRD will force him to recalibrate his definition of low cost :)) !! Worth noting also he claims since first recommending CHAR in 2017 they have delivered a 543% return with he thinks a 3 fold increase on the cards as a conservative expectation . Given our comparative development timeline and costs alone , the returns for whoever owns it will be something to behold.

Cube will hopefully have PRD related reasons for returning at the end of May. Possible share suspension for orderly market has been discussed by wiser heads . Timing and duration ? End of week to allow ample time ? A day or a weeks suspension ? Is there any particular form generally observed ?

Matelot- language matters. There is one general understanding of what a white paper is. There is clearly a division but I genuinely do not think the description would be applied by PRD absent significant political cover. IMO they are not flying solo :))

I second those views F. I always have had zero concern about not at least recouping my initial capital investment. The ‘ Titanic ‘hysteria never impressed. Looking out at the rather swish yachts moored off Positano (Cube ? :)) will it be a little of that for some on here or a pedallo off the Blackpool promenade ? We have a brilliant team in what is a challenging industry and it’s undeniable that PG has been years ahead of almost everyone. That and a load of very hard work tends to make great things happen. GLA.

Jonmo Hopefully the Morocco agreement will be about much more than simply the immediate needs which we could provide for independently. Ideally we will be building the relationship with our future purchaser’s . PRD don’t lack for ambition.

You wonder what the chances are here of someone short circuiting the 60 day process and agreeing rapidly to the terms both immediate and going forward with the monetisation of PRD. With CP having men and materiel in country for them it would turn a negative into an ambitious play. Gradual increase in share price is welcome but if “ Your not in it “ then you will miss the step change/s which will deliver the real wealth.

Very unlikely one would hope but another solid reason for exploiting Irelands domestic energy resources. ASAP !

We can conjecture that at least one and possibly both of our two chosen candidates will assume they’re up against CP . They’ll be looking at our published terms trying to figure out not only how they feel about them but also how the competing party feel. Those who didn’t make the shortlist may be tempted to have another bash. It’s an auction without us declaring one . All the pressure goes back on to the competing parties who’s focus will be each other and not dear old PRD. It’s very clever :))

Frank spencer not sponsor is an easy typo to make rob :))). PRDs Irish positioning just keeps becoming stronger as events progress. You have to think there’s every chance of us getting at least part of the pie. We know what that will mean for current investors. ATB
