I would note GRHs view on that company and the asset class as a whole. Sage advice. Exceptional confluence of factors required for success. I think if I were an investor in CHAR I might view PRED as being engaged in a sprint to the finish :)). It’s a dynamic process that requires constant adaptation of technique and timetable’s. Trust is key. Sadly it would seem we may be at the beginning of a much larger conflict between east and west. Democracy and autocracy. Old as time. China is rushing to sign the most long-term LNG purchase agreements of any nation .
They are then reselling some of that supply to the highest bidders in Europe/Asia, becoming a key intermediary

New research from Baker Hughes finds that the energy security crisis, and the resulting high demand for natural gas from countries other than Russia, is making natural gas and LNG an investment priority for energy companies and industrial companies. In the annual Energy Transition Pulse survey of 555 business leaders across 21 countries, 57 per cent are planning to make new investments in natural gas or have already done so. A further 65 per cent say that energy price volatility expedited their final investment decision.
