Sheep don’t give yourself an ulcer. We have a technical challenge and possibly a financial requirement. The technical aspect would seem to be quite solvable and may well actually remove one of our prior major concerns . Money if required is always available in some form. Jimmy , if you are so minded can you advise if there is any read across from the higher than expected pressures experienced previously and the mud seals at MOU 2 ?
Reactive clays are commonplace - the standard solution is to add PHPA (partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide) polymer to the drilling mud. This coats the mud particles and prevents them swelling and sticking together. I assume they have access to a supply.
