MEH - I doubt a class action would be of any use, and probably counter productive. No one likes monies tied up through a suspension - I was in one for 5 months with EUA.

However I think the BOD will use the time to look for new agreements as well as tidying up some of the mess. Perhaps with new agreements in place and trading through what will perhaps be the busiest quarter something will be in place by December.

Personally I see this suspended for another 2 months at least, however it gives the company a chance to straighten things out despite what has been unearthed so far - just my take .... as Boohoo will certainly not be best pleased.

No they could trade when suspended - it's down to late reporting by MMs, if this level was reported before suspension the SP would probably have jumped imo, clearly what they were trying to avoid.

Also I don't think this is UBS, I think it's is a Nominee Acc here and may be more than one purchaser under the TR1 threshold. I have seen it before and it's usually the Group for direct buying, could be wrong though ....
