This is Canadian LAW - for similar to RUSSIA -

Rights to mineral resources on public lands are generally held by the Crown (that is, the applicable government, either provincial or federal, within the applicable jurisdiction). In Canada, in most cases, the ownership of lands and minerals situated in a province belong to such province (with the exception of some privately held lands and federal lands). The provincial government exercises administration and control of ownership and disposition of most mining rights and lands through provincial legislation.
Generally, mining rights currently authorised to be issued under applicable Ontario and British Columbia legislation are referred to as "unpatented" mining rights. The term "unpatented" is used to distinguish such rights from "patented" mining rights which constitute a Crown grant of private title or leasehold interest in mineral rights. Patented rights were historically granted in fee simple (title) and persist in some Canadian jurisdictions, and are typically referred to as "Crown Grants". Currently, Crown Grants are now only granted by Crown mining leases. Title to minerals passes from the Crown to the owner if included in a title grant and passes to the holder of a Crown mining lease on production from the property subject to the lease. Unpatented mining rights are similar to a licence and only confer the limited rights to explore for minerals."

RNSs have already stated "the buyer", not top say there is only one, DD was carted out by "the buyer", the difference is NDA and nothing will be in an RNS until it goes form non binding to binding - only when it is binding will people know.

A company putting an offer on the table and then walking away won't be in an RNS - that was part of the reason behind the FSP.

Also any company that has been involved with EUA since would also do it under an NDA.

Companies do not generally want to let their competitors know they are looking at any asset .

Clearly the Green boxes were side stepped by the RNS.
