Funds usually buy on MCAP and are extremely risk averse, hence only some buy certain sectors when a company has a low MCAP and not producing, it is the same everywhere. MSCI will buy in at a certain level , it's the same with the ETFs.

It's generally a duff day on the Market, MMs, just move it around to create interest. Do you honestly think in 2019 when all the FTSE dropped there were issues with all 100 stocks, no just MMs making them attractive to buy . Poor fellas need their Bollinger after all....

Richar , there is a very simple solution you can filter them, as others can filter you. And no I do not have another Moniker, I don't trade HE1, I have no problem with people trading it .

The stock needs volume, if not you will get much wilder swings as the MMs need Volume , no Buyer or sellers no wonga for them . Everyone is here for a different reason, just got to live with it.

You can buy any stock and see it drop, and get rattled by people who seem to make something out of sharp drop and bounce, that's life - happens all the time . Best not to let it get at you .

It was actually quite probable , Lloyds I know from previous experience were dire, as for HL again could have been the case, buys were very slow until PEEL moved off the ASK, it ticked up and the Buys came through. Some Online platforms are much better at operating with MMs than others.

BG , many are available, and you pay for what you get imo, I've tried a few been with Sharepad for over 10 years - it is not cheap, as you are paying for research data etc, and L2 on top ....

Best to check Youtube for videos of different platforms , might give you and idea.....
