Subsequently JLP could just up there position, take over 100% for a song and bye bye Royalties and Shareholders ?????
I rang Kendrick resources on Monday 11th saying that I cannot find any information on the website and I got a response from Mike Allardice @ quantumcapitalhk.com The Kendrick website now does have the documentation under publications , circulars and notices
Consolidation is proposed at 30:1 and the listing would be at approximately 3.5p per share
Shares in issue now around 335,710,864 and following reorg around 11,190,363
The spin out projects are
1. the Koitelainen, Karhujupukka North and Karhujupukka South projects in Finland;
2. the Airijoki, Kullberget, Sumassjon, Kramsta and Simesvallen projects in Sweden; and
3. the Hosanger, Espedalen and Sigdal projects in Norway
Clearly I am missing something . Resolution 4, proposed Share Consolidation ? I see no circular giving details on this on the Companies Website. Anyone seen it, got the details?
Inflation is everywhere that the Government doesn't measure, raw materials shortages all over the place. Companies are reporting issues ie MCB RNS 05 -May, double digit increases in supply materials, array technologies, price of Steel flying cutting there profits drastically . Lumber prices up. In times of inflationary / intersection rate pressure, Gold should appreciate. The only issue is if Governments increase taxes on Dirty mining. Good job CEY are going greener via Solar. Timing is everything
Buy Gold, Gold miners etc
A reverse stock split (Consolidation) does not change the value of your position. These are usually done in order to continue to meet exchange listing requirements. If a stock is trading so low that it has to do a reverse split then it can imply that this is a financially troubled company which is clearly not the case here although , never rule out Placings on AIM. Increasing share price artificially via the split does not change the financial picture and that's why such companies tend to lose share value if they are financially challenged but that is not the reason for the Split here. A price of 5P would be 0.25 in Old money, why do you think it might go there ?
