Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Agree, to get this far where others have failed is no mean feat, and the business plans the team have in place for growth and expansion are going to make for a really strong future for this company. If people come back to check progress in 2025/26 I think they will be shocked
I would also like to add this - specifically, chapter 5 where you can see Robin and others like relib who hsve given evidence. The recommendations are also extremely interesting and should align to the tm1 business model nicely!

I heard robin say that separating the black mass is like a 4x multiple on the profit. And no one is doing this is the UK. Could we be the first? We have recruited Dr Anwar and I think he's definitely going to be on that workstream.
The house of lords has made recommendations as part of their investigations around critical mineral supply that the UK needs this capability and grants etc should be in place to support this urgent need.
For me, I think the RTO is going to be fantastic, 100% owned Recyclus Group just at the right time for the plant to kick into high gear and focus on expansion to other plants.
The mobile recycling unit will also be a welcome surprise I think. I see on linkedin they have hired a CAD designer, to my mind that has to be for the mobile unit and they must be making good progress if they are drawing up designs. Kermode recycling of batteries is going to be a game changer, lots of local councils will want them.
What else everyone?

In the automotive category. The ceremony is tomorrow night. I think they will win it...Good luck!

Feeling very positive about this company. I keep adding small top ups each month and very happy to keep doing so at these prices.
TM1 is going to be in a massively strategically important place for critical minerals supply in the UK. We have the industrial scale factory, with a permit, and have feedstock growing and black mass accumulating with a TFS just a few weeks from being in place that will unlock a whole new stream of revenue.
Everything is slotting into place and all these negetive brigaders are going to look pretty dumb in a few weeks time.
Apparently because its ok to spout any unqualified rubbish on here as long as we put a "may" in front of it, here's some reasons to be cheerful.
TM1 "may" be about to sign an off take deal with Tesla worth a billion pounds.
TM1 "may" be about to announce they have been paid to put a libox in every home in Britain.
Robin and Alex "may" be about to get OBE's awarded for services to battery recycling.
Wow, what's not to like, with all this news about what may or may not be, this is the strongest of buys!
You can totally trust what is posted on this board, don't worry about proof, just listen to the people saying something may be the case and just take it at face value, don't worry about asking for any proof, all the "strong sells" here are stand up guys with a long history of posting on this board and totally aren't posting in a coordinated way.
>1. The characters who have been, and given the >opacity of the jurisdictions of some of the related >parties, still may be involved.
Lol, that "may" you strategically placed is doing a lot of the heavy lifting. You're fundamentally wrong, and if you're so badly wrong on point 1, most people don't need to read points 2 and 3. The board have been explicitly clear, the person you've clearly been burned by at some point on another share has nothing to do with tm1, all ties cut and years ago. You are obsessed with posting obsessively about some one who has nothing to do with tm1.
If you know so different please post your proof here so everyone can see for themselves what seems as clear as day to you, or else shut up about it, because your act is wearing thin.

TM1 is one of the Sunday Roast stock picks for 2024. Great interview with the management team recorded just before Christmas outlining all the excellent activity happening down the track, lots of it due in Q1 this year. Well worth a listen for anyone new to this share.

@ajs at first I thought your posts were funny but now I'm reasonably certain you've got an undiagnosed mild brain injury. Are chris cleverly and this related party seller in the room with you right now? Did they tell you to post this? Are you sure you're posting on the right forum? You're talking about people and companies that have nothing to do with tm1 so you're kind of freaking us out.
Please go and get yourself checked out.
@rubixyu - guess we'll have to take your word on that.
Just kind of odd that you've never posted on LSE, and you're reading this news in your local gazette...and you think..."by God! A fire at a plant I'm a shareholder at! I must register on the LSE forum, that I've never used, and tell my fellow shareholders this news in a contextless post where i post the link and nothing else...immediately!"
It must just be coincidence that you just happened to do this about an about after TW posted about it. Your version of events is much more believable.
Geez, do none of you clock how amateurish and transparent you look?
Toplocks, hardcore1 is the resident TM1 ramper, hes a bit of a running joke at this point as he only randomly shows up making predictions when the shareprice starts to rise. He's frequently wrong and usually the opposite of what he predicts occurs. Traditionally, the share price has done the opposite after his post (eg gone down rather than up!!)
By all means have a chat with him but you're probably wasting your time, he's not posting here in good faith.
>>I maintain there is a lot of water still to go under the RTO bridge
Crazy that you know more than the BOD, the shareholders who went to the AGM yesterday, and all the buyers who are piling in this morning. Pray tell, where does all this wonderful information you and you alone seem to possess come from? Even your boy hardcore1 is back on board.
Anyway, have a great Christmas, i won't take it personally if you decline to stop coming here once the RTOhas gine through.
He's queuing up for second helpings at the all you can eat humble pie buffet.
He won't be back, either he's completed whatever mission he had or he just won't be able to face the music. Remember, this guy said there was more chance of fairies appearing in your garden than the RTO completing. Yet, look at the news from the AGM yesterday, FCA all happy with it and moving forward. Quelle surprise.
