Stalled at 19.30 several times today. Break this and we should beheaded for a 125-140 range. More good half year results and back to the 180s by the end of the year?

Anybody know how much e& are underwater on their VOD purchases so far? Somewhere otw to £200 million I’m guessing. Aside from making some private investors feel better, surely they’re going to want major SP improvement… and soon.

A new all time low of 0.38 currently. Never been above 0.9 but normally double where we’re now.

E& have to be at least 30p per share down on their 4 billion shares, so we’re in good company. Anyone buying in the 80s of late ought to do pretty well. Next 6-12 months require patience.

The company stated their “intention to reinstate consistent dividend payments starting with a dividend for full year 2022”. So another 5p this year, I’m thinking.

Thanks Hexam. Saw that finally when reading to the end, but your reply helps explain (based on positive seasonal cash flow for flights prepaid). The effect, I guess, is it brings forward some of the expected FY good news. Getting the debt down is everything now. Hoping for a decent bounce come 8 o’clock.

Can anyone explain the 2 billion lowering of net debt? New planes orders not processed? Forex? It’s a huge reduction.

Shop around and you usually find the same cover at the same price as before. Tell your current insurer and often they’ll offer you the same cover at that same price. Just a rubbish system. Nice to think some companies reward loyalty, but not sure it still happens. SP meanwhile steadily sideways…

So for the year, group total revenues up 55% compared with 2022, with organic revenue growth of 20%. How on earth do we have this share price?

There’s a high probability rates that won’t remain high. Get past the 2021 denominators and inflation should/could abate. Yes there’s uncertainty. But get past that and we’re back at 250+

Interesting to see the full year figures, but net assets and equity should be on the up

So what do we think about the update? We’re mostly up on 2019 numbers looks like. Can the (hedged) higher debt really warrant a share price some 60% below pre-Covid times?!

…or a fat thumb… or investors just ‘schooling’… Be nice to have some positive news !
