I can never understand shareholders that hold on to their shares until the death of a company. Some funds back iare better than nothing. This lot doesn’t deserve your support. Just self interest and no accountability.

This company has 17m in cash and only a market cap of 24 ish million. What am I missing? Effectively could be bought out and only cost you 7 million. Correct way of looking at it or not?

Well I think a Director Load would be the answer to a few of the issues here. It would also show some support to the long term share holder.

Why has Arthur not provided a Directors loan to company ? It could pay off the bonds, cutting them off a the knees. Just play dirty back !

Bond holders are making a killing yes . But can make money BOTH SIDES OF THE COIN. They will also let the SP CLIMB TO THE SKY when ready. Why would they kill their goose that lays the golden eggs ? ?
