The full merchant partnership launch with QR payments was suppose to be up and running by Q2. Instead, we got themselves as a live merchant and Android only pay mode option. That is not what they promised in February.

They said the end of August on 3 occasions. 2 interviews with JR and Ryan at the Post AGM presentation. It is another red flag of trust.

MODE are 4 months behind in delivery from what I can see plus a fundraise in Q4. We will see the cash burn in the 6 month accounts to be released in October.

I did well out of BPP (bought out) who did in person and online courses. I see this being a 10 bag over the next 5-7 years. Good Luck everyone.

No one knows who we are so no trades, pink sheets or not.

I never said they should not employ high calibre people nor say, do not pay them the salaries they ask for but it does generate longer lead times for project work and requires more money because it takes longer to find them and costs you more than you budgeted for, hence it impedes growth.

Finding staff takes longer (longer time to find someone impedes growth) Paying them more takes resources away from other activities and means a bigger fundraising sooner (impedes growth). Try harder.

I agree. The office is not needed. The costs are really going up. The next fundraise could be £15 mill :0

Listening carefully we can take home the following points:

1) The next fundraise may involve the SPAC.
2) Finding staff and the cost of good staff is high. Impedes growth.
3) THG launch is still on track for August.
4) BNPL credit offering is a nearer term target than what we think.
5) MODE will be part of a conglomerate in 2-3 years time (implying a sale of the company?).
6) Acquisitions in play. This has been hinted to before as credit scoring and KYC software.
7) Europe expansion, ever so briefly mentioned.
8) Gaining customers from Binance in the immediate term.
9) New office and costs for that. Hybrid model so an office for 50 staff or thereabouts at any one time in London. (not cheap).

This share could double in SP over the next 5 years....

''Not in the near term'' was what JR said in the telegram group. They have an investor roadshow in Q4 which is code for ''fundraise'' IMO. Up to you when you invest but i will be keeping some powder dry on the dip. JR said in February at the last fundraise in an interview with Proactive they would raise more later.

No re-rate until the next fundraise is done unfortunately/
