Also, the trump news will at least add in the short term....
I do not doubt the bottom could fall out of this thing sooner or later. I imagine with the complete lack of growth and with world economies swimming in debts that the bubble could burst. But for now, enjoy the ride :) at the moment, seems to be a boost as lockdown measures are released...
The Dow started retracing in the late hours of trading on Friday. Is this a positive indicator?

Dow Jones up. Good news!
Yes, I see emoji doesn't quite work on this!
?? Good one. I was a bit confused there for a sec!
Snuck back on the roller coaster at 121-122ish... Fingers crossed!
Yes I think it's easy enough to get carried away. Shares never move in straight lines. They move in peaks and troughs so I suspect if this is establishing a new range it will fall back and level til the next leg up. In a week's time maybe?
Bah well gutted. Never thought the rise could be sustained! Re-entry point?!
Me too, 33% up since march. Too nerve racking right now to risk!!!
'bank holiday'. Most definitely closed! Lol I was looking as I forgot!! Then again I have the week off hence forgetting...
So question is, a one off for today? I went back into cash when they announced recession v likely yesterday and looked like the makings of a month long drop...
The FTSE is down today?
We must have read the same news! I think we will all be pleasantly surprised with what can be achieved.
No your okay thanks Mr Barnier! U can stick your juggernaut class fishing trawlers up your backside and bail out your own citizens after covid! Good riddance. Let's see how long the EU last now! I recon Italy will be first to disband as they have been royally shafted
Lol still seeing a steady rise potentially for the next 2 weeks. And that is WITHOUT releasing lockdown measures. What this says to me, is that some of the damage is already priced in.... We oversold!
British bulls advice - stay long. Happy days :)
Yeah, I bought at 0.88, sold at 1.08 and bought back at 1.04 as I also suspect the same. Don't want to be outta this in the long run... Roll the dice eh!
Funny because for the last couple of months we have had numerous posters convinced that 50p, 60p or 70p was on the horizon. Half the time the SP climbed...
Dread to think what London population is. They are liked caged battery hens in there. Pity my mother didn't manage to move before all this kicked off :( shes been wanting to move out for years...
