Conclusion: Today’s raise reflects continued strong investor appetite for Orosur following their progress with Pepas in Colombia. Orosur is advancing the asset to MRE. Orosur Mining* (OMI LN) 8.4p, Mkt Cap £25m – Moving Pepas to MRE -stage with infill drilling programme

• Orosur announces plans to progress Pepas to MRE drilling via infill drilling.

• Orosur expects to drill 1,500-2,000m of additional drilling at Pepas, completed in November 2025.

• MRE expected to be delivered in December 2025.

• Management considers gold mineralisation drilled to date at Pepas may offer ‘potential nearer term production opportunities.’

• Orosur has now drilled 26 holes at Pepas since December 2024, focusing on a central core of high-grade gold mineralisation near surface.

• They state that gold mineralisation defined to date is ‘worthy of economic study,’ following the completion of preliminary pit shell modelling.

• These economic studies will involve both a Mineral Resource Estimate and a PEA at Pepas.

• Orosur notes supportive factors including access to power, regional highways, and nearby mining operations with potential for toll treating capacity.

• Exploration on the wider Anza licence will continue, with field mapping and sampling ongoing, with the rig set to move back to exploration once the infill programme is complete.

Conclusion: Orosur announces today it is redirecting its rig to focus on infill drilling at the Pepas high-grade gold project. This will support the delivery of a maiden resource estimate in December 2025. The deposit is likely to be on the smaller side but will benefit from high grade, at surface ounces with advantageous neighbouring infrastructure. We look forward to the completion of the infill programme due November 2025 and the results of the MRE, alongside the resumption of exploration drilling on the wider Pepas licence package.

• orosur report additional drill results from their pepas project in colombia.

• highlights from three holes at pepas include:

o pep033 - 21.3m @ 5.88 g/t au from surface

o pep034 - 59m @ 10.15 g/t au from 36m

o pep035 - 11.4m @ 2.71 g/t au from surface

• orosur is now conducting preliminary economic assessment of pepas, with geological modelling, hiring external consultants to model the pepas mineralisation.

• orosur does not intend to publish an mre at this stage or formal feasibility studies but will explore various preliminary technical studies.

• orosur has conducted metallurgical testwork on pepas drill core, which showed 88% recoveries from simple cyanide leaching at 120 micron grind.

pepas north

• additionally, the company reports two holes from pepas north, returning:

o pep036b: 40.5m at 0.62g/t au from surface (inc. 14m at 1.2g/t au)

o pep037: 3m at 0.65g/t au from surface and 14m at 0.32g/t au from 97m

• the pepas north holes were drilled as a scissor pair underneath a geochemical anomalism.

• they intersected mineralisation with distinct similarities to the lower grade halo zones around pepas to the south.

• as a result, orosur suggests these holes ‘may be marginal to a more mineralised system,’ with suggestions that the holes were drilled sub-parallel to the controlling strike.

• the company has drilled a third hole, pep038, collared orthogonal to the first two holes for structural and lithological information.

• additional surface sampling, airborne magnetics and geochemical analysis of the drill core will support further target delineation at pepas north.

• to the south of pepas, orosur is conducting a large soil sampling programme.

• the programme has been hindered by heavy rains, but early assay results have shown a large-scale gold-in-soil anomaly, with some samples in excess of 1g/t au and 0.5% cu.

conclusion: orosur has been busy in colombia, stepping out to north pepas, completing encouraging met-test work showing 88% recoveries at co**** grind, and continuing infill drilling at the high-grade main zone. drilling at north pepas is believed to have intersected a halo zone of a more mineralised system, warranting further drilling. this will be supported by a comprehensive geophysical and geochemical programme. 3d modelling will support early resource definition programmes alongside preliminary economic assessments at pepas.

Angus Energy* (ANGS LN) suspended: Potential acquisition by reverse takeover

• Following recent market speculation, Angus announced it has entered into a non-binding agreement to purchase a group of producing assets located in the Gulf of Mexico.

• The potential transaction would constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies and accordingly, the Company’s shares have been suspended from trading.

• Completion of this transformational transaction would represent a major strategic development for Angus, with a significant increase in reserves, production and positive cash flow.

• The Company also confirmed that while resculpting discussions are ongoing, Trafigura has granted an extension of the first principal repayment until 26 May.

While details are understandably limited at this stage, Angus is now working towards finalising the asset purchase agreement and further details and timing will be communicated in due course.

Management has previously commented the team was focused on maximising production from its existing reserves, maturing its gas storage project and potentially expanding the Company’s footprint outside of the UK.

The potential transaction would thereby diversify Angus’ portfolio away from the challenging UK energy sector into assets in the highly supportive US oil and gas jurisdiction, with stable and reliable production and low decline.

However, the Company’s ordinary shares will remain suspended until such time as either an admission document is published, or an announcement is released confirming that the transaction is not proceeding

Angus Energy* (ANGS LN) 0.23p, Market Cap £10m: Booster compressor update

• Angus announced that following successful commissioning of the booster compressor, well tests are ongoing to determine the optimum configuration of the plant and wells to increase production.

• The Company has deferred the first principal repayment of £1.25m associated with the £20m Trafigura financing facility, as part of ongoing discussions between the parties about resculpting the repayment schedule.

• Angus commented it remains confident in the gas reserves and potential of the onshore UK Saltfleetby Field (100% WI) and is investigating options to increase production through workovers, new drilling as well as potential acquisitions to strengthen the financial position of the Company.

Following the introduction of the booster compressor last month to improve and stabilise gas flow rates from the Saltfleetby field (100% WI), Angus is conducting well tests to optimise long term production from the field.

The Company is also negotiating with Trafigura to better align its near-term liquidity with the terms of the financing facility, which was due to commence quarterly amortisation payments from March 2025.

We expect Angus’ liquidity to improve as it achieves substantially higher free cashflows in 2H25 from commissioning of the booster compressor and the roll-off at end-June of legacy below-market price hedges.

Management is also focused on maximising production from its existing reserves, maturing its gas storage project and potentially expanding the Company’s footprint outside of the UK.

• Orosur’s NED has purchased shares in the open market.

• Nick Von Shirnding has purchased 184k shares at 10.9p.

Conclusion: It is encouraging to see Orosur’s management buying shares in the market ahead of an exciting, expanded drilling programme at Pepas. We are particularly excited about the North Pepas zone, where extensive gold mineralisation has now been identified in channel sampling, both over wide intervals and at high grades. Drilling looms, and we look forward with interest to initial assay results.

• Orosur results show continued progress with gold exploration in Colombia.

• The Company began drilling in November 2024 and is now targeting prospects immediately to the north of Pepas, where mineralised material has been identified.

• Channel sampling to the north has identified 105m at 1.15g/t Au, and drilling is set to begin imminently.

• Company is also currently refining drill targets in Argentina at the El Pantano gold project, with geophysics set to begin later this year.

• Orosur reports US$2.4m in cash as of February 28th, and US$5.6m in cash as of today’s announcement following the recent equity raise.

Conclusion: Orosur’s interims show a healthy cash balance to progress the Pepas project. We reiterate our excitement about the North Pepas zone, where extensive gold mineralisation has now been identified in channel sampling, both over wide intervals and at high grades. Drilling is now set to begin in the coming weeks, and we look forward with interest to initial assay results.
