Hello all23 Dec 2010 09:50
Sorry for having been off comms recently...been mad in the office closing a deal.......Anyway...back to self wealth matters......Have caught up on the posts and thanks to you all and Triple for keeping the news up to date on here.
Brilliant news on Liberty, although I am a little apprehensive about the delayed release of the Nkout news which, IMHO, is overdue. I am not thinking the news is going to be negative, it's just me being cautious. It could simply be delayed because they found more, or they want to completely and fully comprehend what they have available which can delay the news updates.
The Nkout news will blow this SP, IMHO.
However, I expect with the proposed company division, the MM's will play the game, as they usually do (w@nker5!), to surpress the sp to max their profits so we won't see an absolute realisation of the SP until after the completion of split which I would think would be April ish next year.
By the way - From his announcement on the split, which went on the lines of (and someone here can correct me if wrong), that it would result in significant shareholder benefit , which I take to understand that we may likely receive a one for one share of the new company.
IMHO - The division may initially dilute the sp but given the current sp is largely derived from the value of Liberty we could end up in Q2 2011 at a price in the region of £1.50p for both Liberty and Nkout shares.
DS is doing a fantastic job here and fully trust he'll keep shareholders happy, afterall there are some big investors here looking for good returns on their equity.
Anyway i'm rambling.....Happy chrimbo and a prosperous Year to all on the AAAM board!
