In respect of your email:
If you “visited” the mine on 7 September, this was without authority or permission from the mine operator, GMOW (Operations) Limited. As such, your presence constitutes trespassing. There are signs both on the main gate to the site and at other locations that the site is private property and that unauthorised persons are not allowed on site.
It is completely false to state that “no one has been there for months”. We have recently completed two major drilling programmes at the mine, as most recently announced to AIM on 24 August. We have geologists and other personnel working on the project full-time in north Wales. With respect, it is not our responsibility to inform you where our staff are working at any particular time or indeed what they are working on. Suffice it to say that we have work activities ongoing not only at the mine site, but also at our technical office in Dolgellau, at our core shed in Dolgellau and at various locations throughout the Dolgellau Gold Belt where we are carrying on exploration activities.
We do not know what you mean about the equipment being “just left as it was when finished with”. Our equipment is all in good working order.
We have been alerted to the fact that you appear to have posted similar views on a chatroom site. We note that you also claim to have photos of site. As our site is private property, this constitutes further evidence of your trespassing. We would advise you not to post or otherwise disseminate your photographs in the public domain, otherwise we may be forced to take further action. Hopefully this will not be necessary and we can draw a veil over this matter.
Finally, we will be putting out an update for shareholders in due course.
