Having insider info is not against the law. Acting on that info by buying or selling shares is. GR will not own up and tell if that info was true or not so we will never know! he likes to treat shareholders like mushrooms

SVS were only on the rns`s for a couple of weeks back in march so considering we have not dealt with them since then it is unlikely. GR did not inform us that they were not acting as joint broker but it is quite normal for him to forget to rns things he is legally required to!

There have been plenty of ( just joined last week look at the assets traders on this bb) and not one of them has made the SP go up

Chip i did email my concern to the nomad there reply was along the lines of they acted swiftly when they were made aware and the FCA simply acknowledged receipt of my email

Doug he did not need shareholders permission to sell them but he was required to tell shareholders that they were sold in a RNS which has to be in a timely manner usually "3 days" but he waited over 6 months! so why did he deliberately withhold price sensitive information?
