I don't suppose napom will let us know if he has had a reply
Has anyone had a reply from GR over the last week or so
Yes nearly 1% of the company. I am surprised we have not had a tr1 this week
Trouble is when he gets on he will appoint himself as the guard on $300k a year plus expense's plus $100k to stand on the foot plate and as a private train no one but mates will be aloud on. well some can look on the bright side i think cf and napom have a ticket, they will have a shock when he tells them its not valid
ps just a opinion and a unlikely one at that but possible !
Circum will not happen this year we have been told that. RHA cannot make a profit without electric and that could be years away. an epo on Zulu will mean it will cost $20m and not under $5m to dfs
I am thinking GR will ask for another 5 billion or more at the agm "he likes headroom" he could then dilute us and lower the sp to say 0.02. the lower the better seems to be his plan
PS to admin its just a opinion and 1 possible outcome
I just done a quick calc on the unclaimed wages and if converted to shares would give our imaginary group 36% my mind boggles Imho
So a hypothetical scenario could be that the shares just issued and the ones to follow may be held and not sold thats 18% GR has 8% . Dantels could be payed in shares as we have no money. That's another 6%. So 30% between mates . The plot thickens.
PS to admin it is a scenario in my mind and not advise to others and i am not suggesting it will be reality
What is the reason GR has done this deal that makes no sense to anyone what is he getting out of it
I wood lodge a complaint but he has taken both
Ha ha chip he already has the hotel
(imho} I think some of the shares would of been forward sold maybe all of them
Is he making a plan to delist soon? by lending money out he would then have a income after delisting "imo"
GR charged prem $100,000 for use of a office that he owns what a rip off
The loan makes no sense it will take over a year to get our money back and then we would make $50k profit on it. What is the point of that?
The interesting bit is not the 6.7% we own of weshop its the fact that weshop own some 30% of tsi
There are a lot of shares still not accounted for i expect more RNSs this week to show whom in weshop have them. Its looking more and more likely weshop will try to take over tsi but they may not we will have to wait and see
What benefit can there be to prem in making this loan
It is money going to a loss making company in a similar position as prem the money should be used to benefit prem not help out old friends. The amount we get back each month will be payed back to them in consultation fees. The money should be spent on Zulu not a loan to a old pal
GR will not step down, he needs to be sacked but without "the group" we dont have enough votes!
And how quickly CF we now have 96 days to production and counting down
