I keep my shares in here to remind me of the mistake i made when i believed GRs bull. And to never make the same mistake again. I have leaned but i sometimes need reminding of my mistake

GR once said he does not believe in consolidation and would never consolidate the shares. Now he proposing consolidation. Last time he put a asset up for sale he could not find a buyer so he took the lodge and forest off our hands free of charge. The time before that when he put a asset for sale it was Circum and he sold it to Dattels for 5mill then spent 5mill buying 5% back
So when he cant find a buyer for RHA i wonder who will take it off our hand for free. Then the only offer for Zulu will be from Dattels for 5mill so he will sell Zulu, once it is out of our hands the epo will be granted and GR will buy back 5% for 5mill just like last time

On this day prem did not go private into GR hands . One day it will?

A overhang of 120 million has no relevance when prem has 13.5 billions in issue. So far

Its unlikely to be a placing as GR can not get a broker to to take the shares. The city has no appetite for a company with a falling share price with 13 billion shares in issue no volume no income ever, as prem has never had even one profitable month . CF Snowking and the other ramp crew showed up for two days to help move a few shares but they are unlikely to be able to shift a billion or two

We all know prem has no money. Prem has been living off loans for some time and paying wages with shares. I feel the city has no appetite for a placing if there was GR would have done one or more by now

Charlie the epo does not need to be one of them as you say, as the weeks then months and years pass it becomes obvious prem has not met the criteria to be granted the epo
