Issue of Equity.
I'm not sure why they needed to do this? Certainly not for the whole amount of the acquisition? TCAP have cash.
Sorry all but I had to say it.
I'm in. Decided to take a punt. I said in July (while this was at circa 18p) that it was too early to buy. This update caught me by surprise. Now here I am buying around 18p again.
Eventually it will. Just longer than I thought too.
A couple of months ago I also pointed out that maybe the CEO needs some inspiration. Don't get me wrong she has a vast amount of experience including CitiBank and JP Morgan. But I'm not really entirely sure what above and beyond value she is providing? Can anyone educate me.
IMO I think part of the recent rise is partly due to Autumn/Winter sentiment. I could be wrong with that though. The sale of MultiFuel 1 & 2 are all very well to reduce the companies debt, but there is a long way to go, especially at an eye watering ~£10bln. GL.
CINE is running out of cash let alone AMC. With +£6bln in debt. Why is this not at 1p yet.
The US market is the biggest market. NASDAQ new all time highs. SnP500 all time highs. DOW more or less precovid highs....And it doesn't matter which president gets voted in, they are all a suck up to wall street and the Fed.
I never said low volatility. The market has been volatile for +12months already - especially since March lockdowns. Yet, we are still bumbling along April prices....
I sold a bunch at 820. It just struggles above £8. Volatility isn't as high as we thought. Wall street still at record highs. Igg is a good hold LT. Just slower than expected. £9.50 by next summer.
Trading tomorrow will be crucial. bearish engulfing likely. Will set the sp trend to ~10p. More movie delays!
Maybe cineplex will buy out cineworld roflmao
Been following this share for several weeks. Been meaning to buy at £3 range.
I have no clue on how to decipher this acquisition and how it'll affect company near/long term. I have no clue on how to decipher the divi statement. Clearly not smart enough.
It does seem oversold, but not sure if we'll get a "dead cat bounce" for it to level off at these prices.

Yep, cheered me up for sure. Now let's get that £10 a share.
Well it can't even close above £8 first.
for someone with 20,000 posts, you'd expect to know more surely.
For as long as your elected prime minister Boris Johnson keeps playing chicken with the EU, LLOY will continue to fall. Trying to rewrite the rules he signed early in the year...now! In September! When we are due to leave in less than 6 months. What a charlatan.
22p coming.
on ex-div date.
Not sure that's correct. Correction already occurred on 23rd July.
So here's a question, with inflation to increase in US market, this means the fed will continue to pump money into wall street? So, when will the next stimulus be? Probably after election, correct? Until then stocks are bound to drop.
I see. Thanks. Still learning
