Have to say you can't say blatantly untrue, how do you know the time and effort hasn't already been put in?

Management structure needs addressing asap, too risky for proper investors they wouldn't touch us as we are.

£2.4m ish, as much as the management has left a lot to be desired surely this is incredibly low with our assets, I'm guessing we don't currently meet the minimum specs for investment companies e.g. we only have 2 NED's and 2 consultants

With regards the management I'd like to know what the plan is, is there active recruitment going on or not, both have plus points, saving money versus someone taking us forward
