Trust me I am very cautious. The market is very unpredictable, Sometimes you have to go with sentiments and weight up your risks. Downside v upside. Ref: The contracts - Mercantile signed a deal with Tata Projects Ltd and Daewoo Engineering & Construction, which would secure the firm GBP5.5 million in revenue over a 40-month period. Mittal contract I am not aware of the numbers. If the revenues from contract of facilities brings in revenue post covid, that would be a start. Daewoo, Tata, ancelor mittal are big company players, I’m wondering if any of these 3 have anything to do with directors buying suddenly. Time will reveal.

Happy to be corrected. None were sold in the downturn.

In negotiations with 2 other compaies and a pipeline of potential customers.

It’s a punt at this stage like a lot of the stocks out there, amgo gave little or nothing, this might do better from this entry point.
Next 2/3 pieces of news may hold some future insight into revenue building from facilities and cargo.

The whole decimal thing is bloomin confusing as when you buy shares using the HL platform, or when you calculate using calculator. Lowest point is 0.24p (1-quart of 1p) and highest was 9.5p. Current valuation = £6m.

I fully understand some folks (not you IKN) may have bought 4years ago, that’s well before my time.
Every share on the market has been battered and bruised in the past 4 years, incl oil prices to “zero”. Covid co’s were struggling back then, correct didn’t even exist, and dilution is everywhere look at RR. Winning a few new cargo, facility contracts will create revenue. A new CFO announcment could come before Yr end accounts are published. That would be positive.

Directors they bought @. 1/4 of 1p e.g. 0.24p

They bought at that low level as it had hit rock bottom, miniscule valuation, coincided with covid vaccine in India agreed with Indian Govt give or take a few days. The management have a close connection with Govt so expected news in the days coming. The year end is Financial year end is Dec, so a RNS notice on results will be announced with some insight insight the last 6 months and as Ruben, chap below wrote we could even see some corporate tie in with an equity stake. Seems ripe for something like that. This is speculative as always.

Thanks for the update. I have also looked into some of the connections and the surrounding infrastrastructure projects going on, and the political connections help. I am satisfied for now. Will hold quietly and see where this lands in the months.

Look at the chart when did it hit 00.40p and trace “back”? Other than today.
It has not.

Nothing goes up in straight lines, look at covid stocks, need big balls to hold those.
In contrast the bid is the same, its actually holding.
Co Year-end is Dec.
I assume we are now in a 30 day closed period, since all the director buys.
I think any hint of positive piece of news would add to the valuation.

Past 12months is covid closedown - would not expect anything.
Anything bought in Jan 2020, you would be well down on that, i can appreciate that, that would be the sme on any stock.
Due to lockdowns and covid, hence Sp fell from 1.5p - 0025p.
The port is now officially open, saw the ceremony speech.
I’m buying at the bottom, after the Director buys.
Little to lose unless it went under.
They have won 3 contracts incl Daiwoo, Mital, and Tata.
More to be announced which will commence into revenue (..finally)
I think I will wait for their next results yr end is Dec, and see what else is happening.
New CFO is to join - it may change things.

Crazy valuation. Personally they are as misleading as all the financials out there. Not into bitcoins, a lot of stories out there.
Lets not forget 2008, 1999-2000, 2003. Valuations are all but an opinion.
I personally find It all comes down to your own entry point and what you feel comfortable with.
Amgo for instance I felt had a no of issues, however if you bought at 70p, you would hate the company.
However if you bought in at 6p, you would not care less about the past as much.
G3e, some have called Randeep this and that, especially if they had held at £5 and saw their investment drop to sub 20p.
However like Mark if you bought in at 10p, you won’t feel the same as the £5 buyer.
As i say, it is about about your entry point when buying stocks and exit point.

Something unexpected could be announced, i don’t want to speculate or suggest at this point.
The valuation, second most recent Director’s aquiring may give some clues into the future.
Let’s be patient and see why it is spring to life on the first trading day of January 2021.

Potential for growth as revenue and as a major asset - capital growth.
Post-COVID pandemic, as India opens up again. Development of Karanja Port. Mecentile “future revenues” could grow to £100m, we could potentially looking at £500m market cap in the future as it expands with year on year growth as each major cargo companies sign up for space, local office space, long term contract agreements.

New Clients: Tata, Daiwoo, Accelor Mittal, came on board.
Other major Corporations to follow in 2021 - This is a given.
New contracts could be announced anytime soon - MPL in mid negotiation

Additionally Modi Govt policy on infrastructure $Bn projects come to fruition near this Port. This can greatly benefit and impact trade at the new Port significantly ripple effect generating revenue and status as a strategic location for cargo.

The sp is historicaly low, it could implode anytime on new Contract and revenue new. For the past 4-5 years, MPL began building the India Port from scratch, now it is finally open for trade and port business. Good opportunity to buy shares at this very moment “before India fully opens” post-covid as global vaccine programs start.

The current Mcap is only =£5m
This should be much much higher than £5m

Tick - NAV is £135m according to last Annual report
Tick - NPV is 5.5p

Dec 2019 - Port Carry value -£133m
Dec 2021 - that should be up - nearer £150_£200m

I share the same thoughts about the CEO investment program into manufacturing/ increased revenue earning capacity.
I would just add to win further larger /additional contract you have to fulfilled (past tense) some pre-conditions set out in June/ July negotiations and agreements, to be ready and fully equipped including new resources in place (they have been recruiting very heavily - tick, we know that from adverts) by x -date to produce xxxxxmillion per month, in order to be awarded next batch of orders.
All part of SET pre-conditions - which they have met
TRUST IN COLIN.
Simples.
All - The boxes are being ticked steadily one by one.
(The ones who are grossly panicking emailing for sales etc...are either day traders the very impatient and some who just should mentally equipped to be investing in certain stocks.
