Ultimately, No one is here for the court case solely.
They would have been waiting for years.
As for someone who expects no money from a court case, but takes up more space than anyone else of late, is bizarre and frankly strange behaviour, If that was me, or any level headed rational investor, he would have moved on months ago.

As for the Sipiem Court cases, the defendants have obviously got a fantastic ligitation team, that can put alot more twists and turns in.

1) Obviously?? How do we know obviously?
