Short termers just noticed someone sold 882,859 for profit of £64, less costs. Pi's don't seem to hold for the real gains these day's, if works for them fair enough, still believe this is great entry price.

Might be a bit of value in due course bopd has increased, its likely poo is also going to increase in near term.

There was also something to do with 3 times there salary. Incentives are great the carrot and stick and all that. However can't give them away, certainly would like to see some figures and timescales before i vote in favour. Its just an opinion, I also feel with a good trading update and good future forecasts, could see the sp hitting 1p. Maybe I'm being optimistic or could be accused of ramping. Just don't like the fact that £250000 could get CEO over 10% of company at current sp. OK I might be way of the mark, just need more details.

Just to add. Options would only be exercised after a few years possibly? Set timescales/targets. Suppose no point second guessing till we see what shareholders will be approving at AGM

Thanks Ian, wasn't sure who the options were for. I would hope options would be from 2p onwards on a scale basis. As I feel current sp is undervalues company. The sp was before suspension was in the mid .03s with a high of .05 prior to that. The sp has been taken down due to certain articles which were negative and unfounded. Also sp would be a lot higher if it hadn't been for the one off exceptional items to almost 1m. Just than opinion, I feel the sp will reach 1p in a short period of time due to the expansion of business. Also I feel giving options at 1p , the new CEO could gain a large holding in a short time, whether deserved or not on merit. Don't get me wrong we need a strong CEO and suitable package ( incentives ) to get the right person. Not keen about the idea of giving 15% of company though. On saying that, many shareholders including myself would be delighted to see a sp of 2p plus in 12 to 18 months time. Time will tell
