Hi Italian, there will have to be a vote after publication of the admission document. Although that is a foregone conclusion that the proposal will be accepted I’d expect that to be an extra day. My guess is first week of December based in the RNS’d information to date. Anything before that is a bonus.

I should clarify, I do think MVR has the potential to get to a £1 in the next couple of years as, frankly, it’s a cash printing machine when it gets fully going. I just don’t think it will stay as an entity as there are too many much larger companies that will compete to buy it before the £1 is reached.

I’ll be honest, if £1 was on the table and the sp rose to match it, I’d be selling 95% of my holding with the widest grin I’ve ever had!

Beginning of November going by the admission document target is October end.

In short and providing the Napster deal proceeds smoothly, at some point MVR shares will come out of suspension and everything will be as it was last week as far as a current shareholder is concerned. There will be more shares on the market than there were which would normally lead to a price drop however the recent news should be seen as a positive which could move the price higher.

The current target is to have everything complete by November end.

You’ll still own the same number of shares as before and the market will decide the value of each.

We all hope the share price will increase but we will have to wait and see.

If, if you hold 3M shares in MVR then you would, or at least should, have a much better grip on what’s going on with them.

You’d also have read what’s available to know that when these come back (assuming everything goes through as planned) we won’t be seeing 3.5p again.

For someone who is apparently making thousands on all of their other shares, you really shouldn’t be surprised that some find it a bit suspicious that you have little foresight of what the latest MVR news will lead to yet apparently hold 3M shares.
