for TL is starting to look obvious...hope they get a move on (LOL, as ever!)
https;//www.energyvoice.com/oilandgas/asia/371085/santos-sells-stake-in-barrosa-lng-project-to-jera-for-300m/ Santos getting it's ducks in a row for the Barrosa lng project - excellent news for us too... also Connoco Phillips is realligning it's investments in the South Pacific area exiting some Indonesian plays but still sees the area as a key investment and aligning more with Australian projects
ok technically it already has a 49% interest in Corallion, so does already have a non-operated interest, but if Corallion was selling up everything it could use it's position as a major shareholder to acquire the rest of Corallion's interests in Dunrobin, RBD generally like to have @ 30% or more
Dunrobin is the sort of thing RBD might want a non-operated slice of if it gets cash from rest of Corallion sale (if Dunrobin were not included)
Near term are looking to drill Victory next year with RBD, but Corallion have put everything North Sea 'up for sale' so it may not even get to drilling. RBD have hinted at a 'near term liquidity event' re. Corallion. It owns 100% of most of it's North Sea assets but a smaller % of Dunrobin. The question is would a buyer want Dunrobin as well and buy out the smaller companies interests?
were in an advisory/ official broker role....deals could be with other parties advised by broker (just a guess)
BOIL operator of Dunrobin, Inner Moray Firth, which has some shared asset interest with Corallion has just dropped one of it's house brokers/advisors....it's MCAP is currently at a level where a raise would be expected and 2 brokers would be useful for this but it's dropped one, implies will not need to raise or upcoming conflict of interest with having that broker...so it's possible that Corallion may have a nibble for it's whole North Sea portfolio and the smaller parties may be bought out in the process?????????????
it's a 'conflict of interest' thing dropping the other broker?.....possible moves on Corallion's whole North Sea portfolio? normally I'd expect at least one last raise for BOIL unless it sold off North Sea asset meaning it won't need to raise
Sorry to hear you're not well. Sometimes it's a good idea to get your house checked for health-damaging energy fields, underground streams and dirty electricity from bad wiring arrangements, solar panels etc, also never have hands-free phone base unit next to your bed or chair where you sit and get internet via cable not wifi all this can help health. Drink water placed on a magnetic coaster. All the best!
Sorry I can't remember, but I believe it was said in an 'answering investor questions' event....guess they've also forgotten
what's become of the promised 'quarterly updates' from the jolly pair?
we'll just have to have silly conversation then :-)
have been using/recommending Midazolam to 'calm down distressed' people in 'homes' ...guidelines to unwitting care home staff to use overdose levels. Traditionally used in surgery by anaesthetists surpresses breathing...UK went through a year's supply within months at start of 2020 when nhs was not doing much surgery! they've just ordered more...
like a kid with a 'drawdown' Advent calendar ;-)
fashion tip ....order the black one and team with a scythe :-))
