I missed the reason for the nickname Terry ...... is it the one from Viz..?

Well not quite ....but I just took a look again after a long time out and it does seem that something might at last be stirring. From memory, the last port contract was not profitable, and I am not sure why that was, but can someone please enlighten me as to the real reasons this did not work out?

Outcomes? The guidance was a clear statement of the terms required to induce the Nanoco Board to settle. What else were PI's meant to think? Pity the company put out a settlement RNS on the Friday without choosing to correct rhe rhetoric until the Monday.....

Firstly the bulletin board rhetoric was not new and so why choose to correct it only AFTER the settlement announcement RNS? Terrorwit would tell you it was because BT was in an impossible position, but he is wrong. Secondly, tbe very source of that rhetoric was the company guidance; and therein lies the answer.

Suing Nanoco seems like a good idea given how they have cash to burn and a habit kf folding like a cheap suit.

Can anyone enlighten me on the status of the Hamoodi litigation and issies raised in that case. Has anyone here considered a class action...? Directors are usually protected under D&O insurance but it becomes very different for them once the policy cover has been chewed up.

I infer from your position that you think it is perfectly ok for a CEO to use public RNS as a litigation tactic rather than as a tool to give reliable guidance to investors on matters which have a material bearing on a company share price. This paints you as a fool who does not understand Director duties.

Correction: BT did give clear guidance and I believed it. That guidance, however, was wholly misleading to retail investors. The situation was not "impossible". Just say nothing.

But even that didn't last long. He should not have banked on fooling clued up investors like that. More fool him

The annual market in cartons alone (excluding pouches) is $10bn. At the 2023 AGM results presentation DS said 0.3% of the market = 'equivalent to the current size of Zotefoams today' and that the product either works and would mean a sizeable share of the market is in view (and IMO it certainly looks that way so far) or the product doesn't work. He said Rezorce would be worth "many many times" the current share price. So it seems the overall value is immense if this comes through the current markef trial

WOW just looked in at the end of the day to see the carnage - I'm sorry for those holding but it was on the cards. It might be a painful lesson for some. Investors should try to avoid cash strapped companies in this market as the risk of holding is too great, and as I and others have pointed out, one will often get a much better entry after a fund raise.

Good luck to Poole and Waccybaccy. The omens seem to suggest that you were wise ...... but too early. I hope you see a decent return in the end.
