Agree with you Afham, a very interesting and informative analysis there from sadoldgit. While time lines and share price negative movement makes the whole process seem like waiting for Godot, it is comforting to know that the prospects for our Tyk2 x2 is strong.
Raises the issue of course of our Tyk2 being used in combo, including with Chk1 in increasing the power of our own immune system to treat or beat disease.
This must be the kind of analysis that is going to make other pharma want a piece of the action and let's face it, the sooner the better.
Exponentially. Not long to wait now for CTA approval, then it's high possibility of GSK rebranding SAR 737 and moving into trials. And then the results of P1 in 1801 in which those on this brilliant board who have massively researched this company, expect a very positive outcome.
Good post Boilb. We are promising to be at the centre of a huge market that is growing exponential. Fat lady could be beginning to clear her vocal chords later this Autumn. Hang on in there Sareans.
Utah is a born pessimist and cannot see any upside in SAR, ever. Thoth had to plead with him to shut his cake hole when the price was sub 1p. There is no known cure for this condition, unfortunately, so expect his moaning to continue for ever. So come on Utagh, always look at the bright side of life, even once. All together now.
Thoth, I would guess that we all have senior relatives that suffered from Alzheimers, Dementia or forms of cognitive decay. It would be phenomenal if Sareum had a a pathway for this condition. It is extraordinary that a faked document would have been responsible for disappointing so many poor souls and the hope they had. I was personally invested in Elan, an Irish based company that trialled in Alzheimers and the company was on a pathway to nowhere.
Come on the SAR. Wonder if it could be referenced by someone in Thursdays discussion.
With our phenomenal potential you would expect Sareum's PR Department to be in overdrive and generating more investor interest. Maby they are working hard behind the scenes in relation to attracting more high worth investors.
Probably not a distinct question but, I suspect that Sareum are progressing psoriasis initially, while giving the message to other pharma. Look there are so many autoimmune conditions that 1801 has potential relevance for, terrible terminal conditions or life affecting conditions. eg. Parkinsons, motor neuron, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. We are not just talking 30 billion a year we are talking countless billions. Do you want to be in or out? And that's before we talk later about 180 and the multiple cancer indication, dtto 737 in combo. A successful P1 for 1801 should set the ball rolling.
Just observing the huge number of messages poring in shows the amazing level of respect for you on the board and its strange to say on such a board that anyone is loved, but you seem to break every rule. Research, sharing, humour, analysis and unique ability to call situations early have been your trademark. You are responsible for making life more comfortable for many on here. Sincerely you overcome your serious illness and come back with us again.
The other stuff from one or two paid wombles is just irrelevant noise. Come on Thoth.
Just take it in.
1801 has the potential to offer superior efficacy (in psoriasis a market of 30billion per annum) compared to small moliculules commonly AVAILABLE and in DEVELOPMENT inhibiting each of the targets individually.
Essentially we may be ahead of existing and developing competitors.
Yes let that sink in!
Tough day at the office today. Worth remembering the nothing has really changed and assume we get positive news in due course. Would love to be a fly on the wall in at Sareum HQ, and at GSK HQ, what an opportunity for our army of resedent sleuths. Remember nothing has failed,, just being kept in the dark as usual. A knowledgeable tweet from Parker could steady things. Hold on Sariens, the night is long that never finds a day.
HD and SCHeckler. Yes looks like that deal was a sell. Not sure where the unknowns come from. The 2nd large unknown deal looks like a definite buy. Hard sometimes to work out the shenanigans of the mms, especially when they are on a raid.
As we await the GSK news in the morning, it is very improbable that GSK will not use it in combo with nirapari whether it is announced or not. The possibility of them handing it back looks remote. If however they don't intend to hold it I'm sure that there are other suitors out there salivating at the thought of acquiring this blockbuster combo treatment, and we know that it is that, for so many forms of cancers.
