when I eventually sell up here, I have told myself that's it, quit whilst on top. No more share dealing for me, but how do I cope without watching GGP everyday. This has been such an exciting journey but I believe one that will never be repeated. The big question now is "when" tomorrow, next week or next year. I set a target of 30p but that may come sooner than I originally thought.

Whatever happens and whenever I go thanks to everyone on this board it really has been a pleasure, I don't comment too often but the expert advice and light hearted banter between some of you (and the share price) make me smile daily..

Morning GGP ers Did anyone else think they could go to bed and wait until the morning to see the results. Like a fool I did then couldn't sleep, so wide awake (05:30 here in France). After seeing the results who cares about the lack of sleep :), well done to everyone that held on to the golden tickets and thanks very much to the likes of Paddy and Spy for their input that gave me the confidence to hang on and not sell out. This is going to be a very special 6 months for holders.

I am about 40 k south of Bordeaux, Lockdown has been quite peaceful here with little impact but in the main towns and cities pretty much the same as the UK. We are starting to see a lot of brits returning to France now and I don't fully understand why but properties are selling like hot cakes, maybe people have re assessed life styles after this covid crisis.

I am hoping after I get out of GGP that will be the end of my share trading days, i have only been into shares for about 5 years after being made redundant, like most I have picked some right dogs before getting lucky on IRR then lucky with the little diamond, this is the one that will allow me a more comfortable retirement here in France.

Congrats Sanboy, we had a new grandson last month but have not been able to see hi yet :( as we live in France. Hopefully soon.

Purely a guess on my part, but based on reaction to news in the past, I am going for 18p close by the end of next week. We do have a very exciting month ahead though.
