looking at the flow of money yes i am, it just adds up, the totals paid equate to an exercise price of 0.25p, Seems they are happy to pay a penalty as they know itll come back when they sell at 0.4p plus so i dont buy into the muttering this will have 2 billion plus shares. 1.438 will be the max i have known that from the beginning that however include some 375 mill at 2p plus also once this conversion is out the way i dont think they can do more till june. However i may be wrong on that last bit. time will tell.

The penalty shares are included in the conversion the max shares they can issue is 1.438 billion this includes the 2.46p warrant.

no one bought at 0.39p thats for sure but yep keep up the negativity its allowing some to average don or buy in which is only a good thing longer term

Yes but the 1.43 bill share is a known its not going to the 2 billion some are stating a friend of mine has been working this out and he has come to a figure of 375 mill more shares to come which adds up. And let's not forget those latest conversion had added a further £525k to the bank balance.
