What this POS fails to mention is JB owned 60% plus of those votes and was legally not allowed to vote as the bod barred him via litigation! Now this shares are owned by others and guess what they will be voting for him even if its to get to 20p when he becomes bod hes played a blinder hes sold shares hes bought the vote of Pi's by dangling a carrot and guess what hell own 29% and will be ceo of his own company. You completey misunderstand business and are as inept as the current bod, you can't see the bigger picture.
Lol your chatting it son if theybare tanking it why is it still 13.3p to buy ? Regardless of JB or the BOD the business is worth more then its current share price thats the bottom line. The current bod have shown they are inept and have done nothing but scare monger not once have they said how they intend to add value! They continously defame the guy who created this business and can only do a better job then the monkeys who have handed out payments for claims that have arisen under the shiite leadership they have given. Did you listen to the CFO I wouldn't trust him to run a school tuckshop couldn't give simple answers. Atleast JB is willing to put his money where his mouth is, this bod have bot even spent 20k buying shares recently why? Do they not believe in there company . I'll be voting for JB with 500k votes thats 5 times more then the numpty director who bought yesterday!
For all those who can't read RNSs and now one of you owes your shares to another person

This should help you
He had a major holding in shares the company was run by suits not him they have run the company into ****e bearing in mind the suits were deemed suitable by various boards! They then blocked JB from voting with his major shareholding hence leading to the sell off .
