Selective TYK2/JAK1 Inhibitors in Autoimmune Diseases and Cancer

Sareum is continuing to advance its proprietary selective dual tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) / Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) inhibitors through preclinical development as potential once-daily, oral immunotherapy candidates, targeting autoimmune diseases (SDC-1801) and cancers (SDC-1802). Both molecules demonstrate high selectivity for TYK2 and JAK1 kinases, promising early safety data as well as compelling activity in relevant disease models. In addition, both programmes represent unique licensing opportunities for pharmaceutical partners as there are currently no marketed products with the selectivity profile of these molecules.

2021 Trading update and notification of date of results posted 9th Feb -.Results 25th. I can see Feb 2022 being very interesting for CPX ? Hopefully news in this up and coming week

Simply put Sareum have proved successful in research and development with the support of private investors over the years but now it’s time for commercialisation. Sareum need institutional investors ie pensions, banks, rich people to raise the MARKET CAP.. Reading what’s been said on board and the RNS a few times I’ve changed my tune I will be voting yes to Consolidation let’s move to the next level. Good night Fax, see you Billion £ MC time x

Just a question what would happen to SP if Positive Tox results were published? What would happen to SP if we entered agile covid project. What would happen to SP if licensing deal was announced? What would happen if partnering with other company for clinical trials. Answer IMO price goes up I sell at £Billion MC and institutions can have my shares consolidation alone won’t make me part with them??

Shame not positive Tox results now that would have been positive for investors and institutions. IMO only putting meat on bone will attract these financial entity’s. NO from me unless something substantial is Published In between I seem to remember another company that consolidated down to around 65 million….spooky.

That happened to me also sold 2 million then week later brought back neither buy or sell showed up I invest/trade with H&L. This was month or so ago though spooky!!
