I am not a happy bunny with any share dilution.However I did my sums this morning.There are approx 4.5 million additional RSU shares being granted,plus an additional headroom of 8 million shares to be added to existing block listing.The company has a total of 1.45 billion shares,so the dilution is much less than .01% if I did my maths correctly.So this should not in theory have much effect on the share price,Feel free to check my sums .

I actually agree with Sean for once.Getting annoyed with this apparently continued dilution.This would be ok if we were in a confirmed healthy state.Its about time we had some uplifting genuine good news.
