Thomas, given that you can't even get simple facts right any residual credibility you thought you had is well and truly shredded, and you were being derogatory about my intelligence...... https://www.versarien.com/contact/
Covering yourself in glory, providing no evidence and resorting to abuse, bang goes any credibility you may have had, not that I am in any way surprised.
You've demonstrated that trying to engage is a pointless exercise as you are all mouth and no trousers. Have a nice weekend and enjoy your obscurity.
If providing the evidence is so simple, to back up YOUR claim, YOU should be the one providing it otherwise it / you have NO credibility, not hard to understand is it?
Thomas, why must I be being paid by Neill Ricketts - is it because some facts may cause doubt in regards what you claim??
I`m not being paid either, just a LTH who wishes the company well and believes in balanced, factual debate. If your story is true all I ask is for you to support it with evidence, simple really.
I see folks elsewhere are trying to make the redundancies story stick again, however:
- Matt walker has posted on Twitter today (in response to this story) still with VRS in his bio
- Cirencester College posted a photo of a new printed structure with Ben in the picture on Twitter today
- Both David Kerr and Bobbie Lawrenson have extensive contracting pasts and so perhaps they were not made "redundant" but rather their contracts were not renewed. there may be others that were "employed" similarly
- the local paper has had no stories of ANY redundancies at Versarien
So none of the above proves that there haven't been redundancies but it does make you wonder about the accuracy of the stories purveyed by the gloom and doom merchants???
See this one from July 2022 - with product manufactured by BiaBrazil (remember them)?

I'm pretty sure we've seen deliveries of both the graphene ink solution and some actual garments, as well as videos of bulk material being printed, posted by the Go To Gym guys in Colombia, at various points over the last few months and so this isn't actually a new news story! Doesn't make it bad though ??
Twitter does it for you.....
Today is an important day, for Colombia and for all of us. With Go To Gym Service, we deliver the first graphene inks for textiles from Versarien® plc
The truth is that we have been very well received by the innovation teams of the textile companies, they have understood the importance of working with Advanced Materials and above all they have managed to see the future that we can achieve together.
Colombia is a country of innovation and high rates of adoption of new technologies, we trust that we will be able to distribute this technology in Colombian society and that we bring Welfare for all.
Congratulations Colombia, congratulations Medellín, congratulations to all.
A big hug
Special greetings to:
Matt Walker
David Kerr
Valentim d'Arriaga
Adrian Rivodeaux
Verónica Arteaga Miller
Mónica María Montoya Zuluaga
Thank you very much for your help, goodwill and collaboration.
You mean in addition to the 8 or 9 that they have had over the past 12 months??
I see over at the other place folks are getting all excited about another Graphene enhanced concrete company / offering -Concrene (a spin out from the University of Exeter). People don's seem to understand (or perhaps deliberately choose to forget) that VRS have long standing working relationships with both Concretene (Nationwide Engineering) and Concrene (University of Exeter) - so DYOR and don't believe all the stuff you read on Bulletin Boards!
David Kerr was originally a contractor (perhaps he always was and never has been a full time VRS employee)?
In this respect he may be similar to Bobby Lawrenson (who as I note in another post has a contracting history / profile).
Thomas, as for your going concern points again you obviously don't / can't read the last Accounts as cash requirements from continuing operations was £1.9m and so the recent raising, plus anything generated may well provide sufficient coverage for at least 12 months, the next accounts which are due soon will tell us.
Before you claim they burned through more cash than that, they did but you'll see the amount invested far outweighed that used in operations.
Thomas, so far we only know of 1 individual claiming to be made redundant (Bobbie Lawernson) and even then that may not be all it appears as it seems he has been doing other (contract) work at the same time (continuing on from before he worked at / with Versarien) and so where are the mess redundancies apart from in the heads of Tom Winnifrith (of ShareProfits infamy) and the bears / doom mongers such as yourself?
Also note the local paper has no stories of any, let alone mass redundancies, from Versarien - a story that I'm sure they would like to cover if there was anything there.
Dandanman, Nationwide Engineering DON'T make Graphene but rather buy it in from a range of suppliers (Versarien and Thomas Swan are 2 that I know of). In fact the very first pour that Nationwide Engineering did (the gym floor in Amesbury) and another large one (The Mayfield in Manchester) both contained Versarien supplied Graphene. So whilst you can argue about who is ahead (or not) VRS are most definitely up there and involved.
Nov, that sale from 2021 was as part of his divorce settlement (as stated at the time in the RNS)
timkford, the 2022 launch of the Umbro Elite Training Kit was in February so not too much longer to wait (I hope)
Well that's a lie for a start and you know it - in the last Interims Group Revenues were £7.63m including £1.89m of Graphene related revenue. in comparison one of the sector darlings (DCTA+) posted €9.45m of revenues with NO declared revenue from Graphene related sales, they too were like VRS and were NOT profitable either.
Thomas Cromwell, whilst you may be correct (but probably aren't) rather than just making baseless allegations please provide proof or admit your lies (and apologise).
I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for you to do either, as you and your ilk, are all show and no go.
Weave, if this were to come to pass - what would be a fair price? Would the 10% brigade just want that our would folks actually want some of the future upside built in - I say at least £5 per share on present share count.
