Chestermike, there's not much negative to it. 5p is the figure they cannot raise under. Ideally they would like to raise alot higher than current prices. Also, the raise isn't to pay off debts or anything but instead will be used as an opportunistic move to expand business. I believe it may be used to unlock a 200m credit facility so that NSF can take the opportunity they see in the current lending market. Furthermore, the equity raise isn't a problem. I for one will most likely partake in it because it's likely it will further strengthen them strategically and in turn continue its upwards price movement.
The HSBC situation can be viewed in investagate. The notification hasn't popped up here for some reason. It's a bit late now but I'll link it in the morning, or perhaps someone may beat me to it. In Short, HSBC is scooping up some of the shares, I can also speculate slightly and say they may still be accumulating. Still a strong buy at these prices brother, but of course im just a stranger and some may call me ramper. In the end, make your own decision and be happy with it
