@seamus. I struggled all my life.

I lost a good few stone (7) when I was going to the gym etc. I ran (waddled) a half marathon a couple of years ago and that got me into jogging.

But then I became a fair weather runner and kept making excuses for myself. I still own trainers.

This share has the question, should I sell on Thursday and buy on Monday?

@viking we could start an amigo weight loss club.

For every £0.001 this rises we should aim to lose a lb.

I can honestly say, that I have never told a lie on here about myself and I where my heart on my sleeve.

I think day traders/short term traders are just bored of this. They are selling to invest other places to get better day/week rises.

@Maverick I am a very nervous trader and I am not shaken.

I know what happens, I sell it turns blue, I get FOMO and buy back.

I hold and it goes red and I panic.

I am just to scared to sell and take the loss. FOMO!
