Cross listing of one company on multiple exchanges should not be confused with dual listed companies, where two distinct companies - with separate stocks listed on different exchanges - function as one company.

I Think the 3x entries we see each night are the triples that Alfa constantly dissects over on BMN. They have been a consistent feature for the last month or so and are I believe indicative of Shorting by the MM against a sure bet supply of shares from a placee. what we need to do is wait it out and add if you can. gla

having a jse listing doesn't mean more shares need to be issued, its just a move from shares for sale in one market to shares for sale in two markets. If it means shares are harder to get hold of because of increased demand then the price will rise until supply increases. Of course there could be a placement share issue for cash, or more new shares under a new IPO as well but that is a different matter and the cross listing does not in itself require more shares to be issued.

IMO the q4 will give us confirmation of what we believe we know already in terms of productivity and profit, but I believe the wider market and investment community wont catch on until the full annual is produced as this will allow the II investment teams, the financial press and brokers to hang their hats on firm figures, the full narrative and the P/E ratio and forward guidance and then if the penny doesn't drop, then dividend per share and dividend cover should seal it.

I am not buying too many more now, and am simply dug in and waiting. gla
