thanks for finding this. this presentation clearly shows the task ahead to grow production through growth of facilities and upgrade, and we know that finance is in place from Orion. As cashflow improves and demand for product improves the growth plan should unfold at an increasing pace.

i believe our 90% is owned by enerox holdings lts and that ehl is owned 84% bmn and 16% bushveld energy, need to check that

bmn owns 90% of enerox via its subsidiary enerox holdings ltd. 10% was retained by the vendor cellcube. rns 3/8/2020

logic would suggest duferco will exercise and take the shares. I havent said they wont, just explained its an option so they could decide not to. as to reasons why they might not, as I say, I think they will, but reasons could include 1. duferco have other priorities 2. duferco think the price may go lower maybe because GS havent yet declared full sell out and might not have finished 3.duferco decide they want to exercise after JSE for some reason. 4. duferco may have tax reasons why it suits them to delay. 5. duferco may have agreed with bmn to delay because it suits both parties until some future occurence takes place. We dont know, but based on logic and what we do know I say we find out this month.

lionel - 7th of november is date option to convert becomes exercisable. its an option not an obligation so duferco could exercise on monday, any day after that or even not at all.

assuming they exercise option early as possible then the critical days are the 10 working days into 7th november, making today final day. however, if they exercise later , it shunts everything along.
