The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
"Decision time. Gun to head, I'm leaning towards the SP 'faking' coming out of what would be a very brief oversold condition as it's still heavily in bearish trendlines and therefore I'm forced to conclude it's not safe yet to say it's on the cusp of rising out of this retrace. Could be wrong but I can't move until it confirms a break out, which obviously would neccesitate the SP being somewhat higher than tonight's close. Something as a trend follower I have to live with. It's a delicate balance at the moment." Good lord, what a load of rubbish and that's you advising the Chick or Geezer named Megan? I admire your technical analysis based on past Share price, however, I myself have loaded up another couple of grand (that's pound sterling) at this price. Can i draw on your technical wizardry & ask you about the runes for SAGA, bunged a few quid in there myself, so would like to reassure myself to my investment strategy - No gun to your head you understand, your opinion is not that valid to me, however you seem to present yourself as a techie sort of person..
Jasonsdaddy, My personal short term is 12-18 months, medium - 3 years & long term for me is 5 years plus. Hope this assists your confused state.
Surprisingly enough, I quite agree with you Jason's father. Taken a second wack of these today - money available for a third & final, but will see.
Bakoven, surely you know a few older things that need a bit more waxing and a touch of paraffin, as they age? Whats your take on the water cut? can you guide me to where you got the the levels of water cut across the fields? Infrastructure always needs C & M and upgrading is a necessary evil. Still that's a twatting great load of dough on the coffers, any idea how much cash is going into the bank daily?
Baylis, thanks for the reply. When you talk about shorting are you referring to GSA capital : https://shorttracker.co.uk/company/GB0032087826/ or a disgruntled shareholder perhaps reducing in a harmful way? Regards
Hi Baysilhope, love your posts, info & passion . "The biggest drain on the SP is PI's as the II's are all loading up FFS. Grow A pair" Out of all the reasons for a strangely subdued SP, blaming PI's is surely the last port of call? Regards

Don't panic - its only limitedaccess getting a few quid for the weekend :)
The only RSI i am interested in is the one that prevents my wife performing certain tasks, MACD do rubbish burgers and I believe Williams do not sell sports cars anymore. I suggest you look more at fundamentals then charts, in these cases. PFC is a classic - three and a half quid for a nine pound company - i'll probably buy a cruise or two with saga with that easy money.
Alright Velo ? Dont believe all that ramping stuff and don't believe some of the prolific posters here - each to their own :) Guesses at the SP is a game i like - i'll go for .29p in May and .55 by december. Chin chin
Jason?
really, a few posters here have expressed discomfort at the share price & have averaged down, leaving them uncomfortable - why would you do that?
1. SP down 40% in 6 weeks since the update. That's massive. Why exactly? Because the results were not as expected by the 'city' - Monarch & other coach class products suffering a bit. 2. If this is such a basketcase of a company why are short positions <0.5%? Because it is not a basket case. 3. CEO bought 100K worth at 140p 6 weeks ago. CFO a small sum also. Nothing since by anyone even at all time lows. Why? Results are not for another 2 months so far too early for a closed period. Good enough for me - do you want the whole board to buy to reassure you? 4. Lack of holdings RNS despite mass selling as per technicals. Perhaps there is no selling, despite your 'techinicals' 5. What made the management spend 10M or so on attracting new customers? I believe that is called investing in the future 6. Some posters predicted 100p when the SP was 140p. Reasons? Because we must entertain all sorts of posts on a public BB - you can post your rubbish, so why not others? 7. Probable leak of bad news and insider trading given market clearly does not believe current EPS guidance or forward P/E of 8-9. 'Bad news' and 'insider trading' - Really? proof please. Just to repeat the concise post by Hereshoping of Saturday @ 07:47: At the risk of repeating what will have been said before, these aren't after-hours trades but rather trades during normal hours that are reported after hours. The buy or sell indication (which isn't reliable even during normal hours anyway) is based on the trade price relative to the UT. Here, as the sp bounced a little late on, the UT is higher than a big chunk of the days trading and so these trades all show as being done at prices lower than the UT. If the sp had continued to fall and the UT was the days low then the same trades would all show as buys because the trade price would be above the UT. In summary I don't think it has any relevance at all really.
or perhaps since striding out on his own he may be realizing that there is no 'I' in team - lol
Velo, I understand that there is no smoke without fire - - I once had a magnifying glass burn my pecker when i was a young lad - teach me to keep that sort of stuff in my pocket. I'm minded of the take out of IAE & the stella hub at a cheap price, but what do I know. - ;)
Would seem to me that it is 31/05/18 or not - however, there are other opinions - I would be interested in further thought on how this is not binary?. "Accordingly, both the Promote Period and the Initial Term of each licence will run until 30 November 2018, subject to a farm-out being achieved by 31 May 2018 and a drill or drop decision being made by 30 September 2018."
Many thanks for your in depth explanation of the " Bennish Earnings Manipulation Risk". An absorbing insight into the world of stock analysis. I have to be frank and declare that in order to absorb that sort of information, i would have to get rid of certain other information that i hold in my brain/mind - for example the spelling of the capital of Turkey - Istanbul not Constantinople, i am a feeble minded person. Any idea who is at number 21: http://www.pumpedordumped.com/rampchecker/rampchecktopramper.php
Velo, many thanks for your reply, i have done away with the Bi-carb, lemon & water and just gone for the rum. The three Tesco directors you refer to are charged with fraud - a criminal offence for which, IMHO, they will be done for. I know of the Scoville scale for Chilli peppers & the Smith periods for potato blight, however this Beneish score rather baffles me. May i look at the figures you have attributed to the following, for AMER: 1. DSRI - Days' sales in receivable index 2. GMI - Gross margin index 3. AQI - Asset quality index 4. SGI - Sales growth index 5. DEPI - Depreciation index 6. SGAI - Sales and general and administrative expenses index 7. LVGI - Leverage index 8. TATA - Total accruals to total assets Having this information will, i am sure, ease my mind on my investment in this company. Best wishes
"All good eh? However just one niggly thing - it scores terribly on the Bennish Earnings Manipulation Risk - in fact the surmising of that littkle thing concludes the risk of manipulation in reported earnings is "High". Not good." Velo, I have a slight concern that I will regret asking this question, however, what is the" Bennish Earnings Manipulation Risk" and will a level teaspoon of Bi-carb mixed with equal amounts of hot water, lemon & rum make it go away?
Putney, you are not letting this Burberry chap quote his high fluting answers to you without a bit of quoting on India's growth & Lord Ali's credentials, surely? Personally, i would be wary of his sister in HMRC, Wrexham - Feck me, they are savage there - a few quid lost on a panto and they will have you for every Cheese & pickle sandwich claim. Mind, if you claim you did not know the car was a CONVERTABLE, then you may have a case. BOL
