I am not that much familiar with the rules but may have read about 10% in connection with mid cap companies. Looks like up to 100% then is allowed yet suggestion depends on the current status and shape the company is in.

Id say you are right. Not sure if this is compliant with Law regulation since it normally allows up 10% of the nominal capital.

In my opinion even considering further expenditure re commercialization for all the compounds or SRA737 in particular makes sense to claim in one go. I like this idea of a strategy SOG brought up earlier on.
