I imagine Sareum was a beneficiary and funded by CRT/CPF at the time with CRT Pioneer GP Limited (GP Ltd) who officially administered and do any paperwork and timetables, if any accordingly on GP Ltd behalf.
The University holds shares and convertible loans. These holding occur through
i) University Founder shares
ii) the University Challenge Seed Fund
iii) and the Spinout Equity Management Fund. (Parkways Advisors Ltd. (Parkwald).
