In todays announcement "The Board also announces that Richard Goodfellow intends to retire as Non-Executive Director of the Company and will not seek re-election at the upcoming AGM." So he will not retire until the AGM. As the window for holding the AGM narrows you would have thought they would by now know the date of the AGM and then therefore the retirement of RG.
Anyone have any reason for the delay in notifying the date of AGM? They are required to give three weeks notice so 17th Nov would be the earliest if they notified tomorrow. Last year was 23 Nov so will this year be even later?
They can't raise cash while suspended from the market. They are reliant on cash generated through operations for day to day financing. The problem is they will not get the suspension lifted unless they can demonstrate they can operate as a going concern. As the cash runs down the risk of liquidation increases. Glad I only have a small holding here don't expect to get anything back. IMO
Didn't expect to be picking these up below £1 again when I jumped back in last week. Another few thousand added today. With higher interest rates and energy bills expect people to stay in and do more home cooking. I can see this over £1.20 / £1.25 late this year early 2023.
Cleaner the RNS is below is the link.

General disclosure of price sensitive information
11. An AIM company must issue notification without delay of any new developments which
are not public knowledge which, if made public, would be likely to lead to a significant
movement in the price of its AIM securities. By way of example, this may include matters
concerning a change in:
— its financial condition;
— its sphere of activity;
— the performance of its business; or
— its expectation of its performance
You don't hold here! But then go on to write in the collective tense as a holder we / were. Then you refer to day traders as trading over 3 days. Doesn't a day trader trade through the same day not over the week.
Long term holders know the potential here and will get the rewards through 2022 / 2023 IMO.
We will not see a holdings RNS as that would require Vulpes to cross a threshold which would take around 5 million shares. The next threshold is15%.
That’s not to say there will not be a director dealing RNS. But they are two different reporting events / types.
IMO don’t think we will get either but I have been wrong before!
